Misihairambwi-Mushonga, underlined saying there were few jobs scrambled for by many workers. “We have the most educated Civil Service but they are sitting in these offices doing absolutely nothing. If you compare the resources that you give for delivery of services and the staffing that you have, it is impossible for these people to be doing any work. “If you were to ask a civil servant in this country, they come into the office, put their jackets and that is it. It is sad that we actually have a generation that has gone to school, that is so educated, but who are not using their skills,” she said.
