Mixture: Does the Lord want us to combine Old and New Testament. - TopicsExpress

Mixture: Does the Lord want us to combine Old and New Testament. The law from the old becomes apparently fulfilled with Jesus Christ. Instead of a judgemental prophet, as in the old testament, Jesus gives us the Holy Spirit. The one who changes our desires from the inside, not from the outside. Discernment is real, not forced by a condemning spirit. Paul talked about this issue. Freedom with Grace, never leads a Christian to think of a freedom to sin, why, because a believer filled with the Holy Spirit has a new nature, the old nature died with Jesus at the Cross. With a new nature and free from the bondage of sin, our spirit now agrees with the Holy Spirit, sent by the Father to lead into all Truth. The Holy Spirit in the new testament replaces the need for a condemning law. He has set us free from the bondage of sin. It is no longer our nature. We identify with Jesus Christ our savior. Three is none better to lead us into all truth. He takes us as we are, then, because He loves us unconditionally, He gently takes us a journey with Him. so personal, He draws us in with His love and changes us moment by moment. I have been divorced from my first husband, the law, I am married to my new Husband, Jesus Christ, no longer under the first law, set free with my new Husband. We are his bride. When Moses and Elijah were seen by the disciples, it was the moment when the law and the prophets seen the Savior, The Son of God. Our tutors were happy to see it. When the disciples wanted to call down fire like Elijah did, the Lord told them no, they did not know what Spirit they were of. The Spirit of Christ does not condemn, he finished all that for us at the cross. When He said He remembers our sin no more, I believe that Satin took that line and said, Ah, no one is going to believe that, I will remind them everyday. I believe it. Ill walk with my new husband, not wanting to be married to Adam anymore. Hes dead. In all of this, as I have journeyed with my Savior, our Word is to be studied and unveiled by The Holy Spirit that lives within us. He will lead us into all Truth. Love does not kill. Love never fails, Love covers a multitude of sin. Im still on this journey and thankful that Jesus is my Lord and Savior, I know that He will lead me into the future by revealing Himself more and more everyday that I live on this earth. One day Ill sit at His feet and see all of those that have gone to be with Him before me. WOW
