MoBos election has been delayed due to organizational issues within the Village Green Foundation (VGF). A series of VGF meetings (which are joint meetings -- open to the entire membership -- of the Gardens, MoBo, and Soapbox programs) led to the necessity of a legal mediation process. This mediation took place in late August and early September 2014. Now that the three VGF programs are working out the details of this new, delicate harmony, a revised election timeline for MoBo will be announced soon (baring any further administrative disruptions). In the meantime, keyholders are encouraged to volunteer for open shops -- and there are a lot of keys out there! The September calendar is easily available from MoBos home page. If its been a while since youve signed up, cmon down! Old timers, consider stepping back to create space for others to step up. Itd be nice to see some keyholders who havent volunteered in Open Shop lately.
