Moms with kids in dance/gymnastics...are you allowed to stay in the class or at least watch? Bren went to her first class tonight and the parents were only allowed to wait in the hall. We werent allowed in the room, nor was there a window that we could see. The door was even shut and locked. Am I overreacting? Its only a 3-6 year old class, its not like they are preparing for a national competition. I told the teacher I was uncomfortable but she said its distracting for the kids with parents in the room and if the door is open they will run out. Should I let her go back? What would you do? Is this normal?
