Monday 8.12.13-WOD LPW- 5x Wall Balls HEAVY 8x Seated Box Jumps 20x Hips to Shoulder Drill Strength- Snatch 3x3 @70% 3x3 @75% Back Squat 4x5 @75% WOD: "Fran" 21-15-9 Thrusters 95/65 Pull-ups Everyone did an amazing job with pushing it as hard as they can, I am really proud of all of you! Keep up the good work. This is also the first day of the new lifting cycle that we will be on for the next 6 weeks. I created a spreadsheet with everyones max efforts for all the lifts over the past two weeks. If you missed a lift you need to try and make it up, please get with a coach and complete these lifts.
