Monday was a deadly day on Minnesota roads. Three people were killed within a span of five hours – one of those motorists was killed in a work zone. A separate work zone crash resulted in a serious injury. The Minnesota departments of Public Safety and Transportation urge motorists to slow down, be patient and pay attention in work zones. State Patrol LT. Eric Roeske was joined by MnDOT’s Tom O’Keefe addressing media today stressing the importance of driving safely in work zones.
