Montana is a rugged state to be homeless and hungry in and I am certainly glad the judge saw fit to forfeit the case in favor of this mans right to feed his family off the land. I dont think anyone should have to have licenses for hunting or fishing anyway especially at the exorbitant cost of them in todays economy and lack of adequate employment. This man evidently prefers not to be a welfare recipient-kudos to him!
