More complaining from Rome... There is a kid who lives upstairs. He must weigh at least 900 pounds based on how loud he is when he runs and jumps on the floor until midnight each night. There is a guy next door who screams at his girlfriend and boyfriend (three people live there) and slams doors and throws things all day and all night. Im wondering which will happen first... The kid crashing though my ceiling or someone getting murdered next door. Im hoping the kid crashes through the neighbors ceiling and flattens the guy. Ah, apartment living. But, hey, its Rome.
