More energy bars whipped up in minutes for the family and visitors, for the week. If you are a fan of nine bars you will love these. 1 cup of linseeds 1 cup of mixed nuts 1 cup of dates 1/2 cup of dried cranberries 1/4 cup coconut flakes 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 tablespoons coconut oil(melted) 1 tablespoon cacao powder Mix all ingredients in a processor ensuring not to blend too much, keep them crunchy! Flatten into a dish Place in fridge for an hour or more. Make raw chocolate ( 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 1 tablespoon cacao butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1 tablespoon honey - melt all and mix) and pour on top, place in the fridge to harden. Chop up into bite sizes and place in tube wear to last the week.
