Morning Evolvers! If youre signed up to whole life challenge dont forget to take your waist (belly button level) and hip (widest point) today or have someone help you to keep it level. Do it whilst relaxed not tensed and do the same at the end. Take photos too :-) there are calipers at the box for body fat percentage if you want this for your own records. Our Baseline workout for the challenge is 3minutes of burpees- go all out for a true baseline. Get it all entered on line and get familiar with where you enter your daily scores and good luck!
