Morning everyone. First day was quite a learning curve, the inquiry room was full and there were people in the TV room as well. Today & for the rest of the Public Inquiry we head for Hendon Toad Hall. We seem to be holding our own quite well. The morning session was dealt with introductions and the Barnet council (Promoters) statement by the QC (paid for by Barratt). Next we had the Promoters first witness Mr Martin Cowie, he kept ridgidedly to his prepepared i am the 3 Wise Monkeys hyme sheet, i taught my monkey to clap as well... now thats tallent. Next we had Mr Hard Hat himself Mr Matt Calladine he only spoke with two of the 3 Wise Monkeys Hear & Speak, See No had nipped into Spec-savers. Matt was more open and we were less restrictive. many more residents and both Cllrs Adam & Devra wanted to ask questions. The Promoters were not expecting the amount of questions fired at them, didnt hurt they were Dumb dumb (bullets ...eh...well on second thoughts). The attending residents did really well as all asked inteligent questions. Gotta go first day at Hendon Toad Hall, will report later this evening.
