Motor Vehicle Stop leads to the Arrest of 3 for Trafficking Heroin and Cocaine Yesterday at approximately 8:15pm, Trooper David DiCrescenzo assigned to the State Police Barracks in Sturbridge, was on patrol on Route 290 east in the town of Auburn when he observed a Jeep Grand Cherokee commit motor vehicle violations. Trooper DiCrescenzo activated his emergency lights and stopped the vehicle at the Auburn/Worcester town line. The Jeep Cherokee had three occupants inside. Troopers Nicholas D’Angelo, Scott Driscoll and Patrick Robinson along with his K9 Jari assisted Tpr DiCrescenzo at the scene of the motor vehicle stop. As a result of an investigation and search of the motor vehicle 100 grams Heroin and 60 grams of Cocaine were located. All 3 occupants were placed under arrest and transported to the Sturbridge Barracks where they booked and held pending bail and arraignment this morning in Worcester District Court.
