Move of the day: Crouching Push-Up and Plank Walk Squeeze 1) Crouching Push-Up Major shoulder and arm toning move from PiYo Sweat. Make a good downward facing dog position. Core tight. Then fingers of each hand facing inside, bend both knees (crouching) and at he same time elbows bend out to push up position. Make sure neck is in neutral position, shift your weight forward so more shoulder and arm work. Press right back to downward facing dog position. Repeat. Do is slowly for 4-8 reps. 2) Plank Walk Squeeze Major lower Ab workout from Focus T25 Cardio Core. Start with elbow plank position. Neutral spine. Elbows are straight underneath shoulders. Long neck. Shoulders away from ears. Squeeze glutes. Walk 2 steps in and 2 steps back without raising butt too high. Keep it low and steady. Minimum rocking. When back to elbow plank, tuck in lower Ab and squeeze. Repeat slowly. Do 4-8 reps.
