Movie Idea: "The Lovesick Land"--Romantic poet Orlando Moore roaming the English countryside learns from angry peasants that they are being driven off the land. He volunteers to plead their case to aristocratic landlord Baron de Winter through his sympathetic daughter, the Lady Galatea, but although the aged Baron agrees, his violent son George, just returned from the Napoleonic wars, insists on driving the peaceful farmers off with brutal force. The fire George sets in the middle of the harvest goes wild threatening the family mansion, all the servants flee and while the peasants and Orlando desperately battle the fire in the fields, George is struck by a fallen rafter trying to save the unconscious Baron, leaving only Orlando to rescue Galatea, if he can think of it in time . . .
