Movie Review : Happy New Year - 1/5 ( Nope cant give negative stars) Starring: Deepika Padukone, Shahrukh Khan, Boman Irani, Vivaan Shah, Sonu Sood, Abhishek Bachchan Yeh Kaahani hai duniya ki sabse badi chori ki. Oceans 12 ki chori ki. Heard somewhere that the Insurance Companies refuse to give cover to the victims who watched this film. Happy New Year is pretty Sad actually. Farah Khan is a bad cook; she takes - revenge, melodrama, comedy(which actually wants to make you cry), romance, countless dance sequences , patriotism and mixes them all to give you a disaster called HNY. Do you think I should comment on the acting? Can it be more disastrous? I still dont know why do we still have SRK fans after Ra.One and Chennai Express. Personally I feel, SRKs brand value will touch rock bottom in no time if this keeps going on. And I fail to understand what made the likes of Anupam Kher, Boman Irani and ANURAG KASHYAP appear in this film. Music was bad. Script was absent. Characters and their names were horrible. Unrealistic acting. Cliched dialogues. Disastrous puns. Brain damaging dance sequences. Awful screenplay. One question to those poor souls whove unfortunately made the mistake to watch this movie: If Vivaan was so good at hacking, why didn’t he hack into Jackie Shroff’s account and steal his money? After all, Charlie’s team didn’t mind breaking some laws. Why did they even consider going to WDC? Tab film nahi banti na. Exactly my point. P.S : Long story short, DO NOT WATCH.
