Can the Prime Minister outline the Terms of Reference (TORs) of the proposed 6-member Enterprise Team? 2. Will the Prime Minister define the role of the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) going forward as it relates to the 381 Megawatt energy plant? 3. It has been stated in the sectoral debate presentation of the energy minister that the project is now under the Office of the Prime Minister; will the Prime Minister state whether the energy minister will have any oversight responsibility or involvement in the project? 4. Will the Prime Minister provide a status report on the process of revocation of the license to Energy World International (EWI)? 5. Can the Prime Minister affirm that none of the individuals being considered as members of the Enterprise Team are not connected in any way to any of the bidders?
