Mudbash Event Review =================== As Assistant Branch Commissioner – Rovers (Motorsport), I am conducting a Full Review of the Mudbash event on behalf of the Victorian Branch Rover Council. The scope of this review will cover all aspects of the event including all motorsport and non-motorsport elements involved in conducting the event. Mudbash has been a successful major event on the Victorian Rover Scout calendar for 41 years and the time has come, like any BRC event, to review the event. The purpose of the review is to identify the event’s strengths and address weaknesses and areas for improvement and provide recommendations on ways to ensure the continued success and development of the Mudbash event for the next 41 years. I invite all competitors, campers and visitors of the 2010 - 2013 events to contribute to this review by submitting constructive feedback, suggestions, comments and opinions, via email only to [email protected] by the end of the last week in August (Friday August 30th 2013). I wish to emphasize that this review is not about pointing fingers and laying blame on individuals as that would not be constructive or helpful and from this point on, anyone found to be committing such actions via any forum including Social Media, may be brought up before the BRC under Victorian Branch’s Bullying & Harassment Policy and Social Media Policy. It is anticipated that the resulting recommendations from this review will be formally compiled and presented to the Branch Rover Council, Rover Scout Motorsport and Mudbash within the next few months.
