Multiculturalism is all about preparing Britain to be a Welcome mat for cheap slave labour who the big corporations and banks prefer to employ above that of British people, as they work harder and for less. Actually they are usually subsidised by the state via the British taxpayer, often aged 18-35 single, living in low rent, and come depressed economies. It not surprising therefore they work for less, and its a lie (and a rather insulting one) that they work harder. The entire concept of using cheap, skilled and professional labour from overseas is something which led to the creation of an Underclass in Britain, led to graduates working in call centres and other unskilled jobs to make ends meet, and has led to skilled workers struggling to find work and in turn often migrating themselves. Its ludicrous system, thats only getting worse.
