Multiply your employability through Project management Accelerated growth has led to rapid urbanization, rise in incomes and a significant rise in the expendable income and expansion of the middle class. That is why so many MNCs are eyeing India for expansion of their business. Many of the world renowned MNCs are already in India. They along with a host of Indian Houses go for hunting the Industry ready candidates who possess the skill, who possess the edge over others. But do they get what they look for? The following report in The Hindusthan Times Dt 14/01/2014 reveals the following; However, when the quality of education is looked at, it tells a sad story. The employment to population ratio for ages 15-24, is only at 33.90( as per 2011 report). Studies conducted by KPMG shows that only 21% of Management Post Graduates of the whole country are employable. This 21% candidates consists of 14.33% who are from top 15 B Schools of the country. The rest 5.67% are from the rest of the other Business Management Institutes. Similarly, the study showed that 25% of the Engineering graduates/PGs are employable. Why?
