Mum looking for advice: Hi. I had my first son 2 yrs ago at 26 weeks. I had a normal pregnancy until I suddenly went into labour. My consultant has said I have cervical incompetence & will need a stitch/cerclage in future. I am now about 4 weeks pregnant & starting to worry about whats ahead. I know its still early days but can anyone whos had a cerclage give me some advice about what to expect? Is bed rest very likely? I cant imagine spending weeks in hospital away from my son Is there anything else I should be considering/ thinking about? Many thanks for any advice
