My Offer to Indian Government Before I Leave for Vietnam by end March 2014 as i have already confirmed that my citizenship application in September 2008 in Australia was under very tough circumstances, when i was working there in my profession with an MNC, WMA Ltd, as an Indian citizen on Permanent Work Visa under STNI category which was valid for 5 years only and was to be renewed by 2011 by paying around $4,000. and i got my this STNI work visa on the basis of my 2 Master degrees from University of Technology Sydney, a very high ranked university of world, the only city university of Financial capital of Australia, and i studied from there as an international student, while living in its expansive Gumal Hostel in city itself. then i backed to India in 2005 after finishing my studies, but I backed to Sydney again to apply for a work visa there. hence its clear that Im only looking to have more work experience in my profession, want to earn money while working too, while being under a proper security. and if i may solve my problems in India then it would be a very good option, as compare to go to Vietnam and try for the same to help myself. (while going back to Russia is always the best option, I always know.) (I did my first Master of Engineering Management by 2004, and then Master of Manufacturing Engineering by 2005. My degrees were stolen in March 2009 after breaking my car, but I again got my degrees and mark sheet issued from the University of Technology Sydney by late 2009, when I joined it again to do my 3rd Master, MBA in Project Management, from the same university as an Australian Citizen this time, on the basis of my experience as Projects Engineer from Australia itself.) from here, as Im given a dream recently that i may be provided with Z+ security for the period of time i have threats due to unwanted political involvements, and as i have already confirmed to the Indian Government Agencies that once i fall on the hands of wrong people/ criminals, enemy governments who organized so many things to date, then i will have to do exactly they tell me. so its a wise step for the government agencies of India to check, whether they may keep me in India or not. and its my strong advise for them, once i go overseas, i will try everything to help myself, and then no matter what i say or my computer says, its all lies, as i will then try everything to help myself once i will have to leave India....... and i may stay in India for the 2 simple reasons as below, as i have already confirmed many times. 1st; a Z++ security for the period of time i have threats from unwanted political involvements from the foreign governments. (and it must be understood that if i cant get a good position in Indian military, this is the only thing Indian government may offer me to keep in India, as offered in my dreams recently too. while confirming my security this way, at least to an extent.) 2nd; a deserving position like at least an Engineering Manager position in a technological firm, preferably a position similar to Assistant to CEO for the firms like TATA motors or Reliance Industries. (and i would prefer to be based in either Noida Industrial zone near Delhi, as i was born in Gorakhpur city of UP state and a resident of Lucknow of UP state itself, which is fit with the racial politics on the international level im caught with too. or, i may move to Goa/Mumbai or Simla (HP), while working there.) my above two demands is considering the facts that i may not be able to get a position with Indian Military, like how i have been demanding for a Field Marshal position in past, which was once offered to me too, or at least a Major General position of engineering department of Indian Military itself. and hence, if i may fulfill my security and professional concerns while living in India itself, then why to go to Vietnam for a while, if i do know that Intelligent Agencies of many governments are always after me? (and I would again confirm that going back to Moscow, do PHD in my profession (Mechanical Engineering with specialization in IC Engine, Applied Fluids, or Aero engg etc.) and then get a job there in Russia itself, if i may secure scholarship from a high ranked Technical institute of Russia for this purpose, has always been the best option for me.....) my worries were always the lies/cheat/bluffs by those governments of US/UK/Australia who use these techniques as a national priority, with full misuse of every system their tax payers fund, so planning anything must have few alternatives, i do understand. but keeping few options always, is the only thing i may do to avoid any trap waiting for me anywhere i wish to move..... => My Statement for Mr Nandan Nilekani on Twitter on 12 March 2014 I just discussed, after kicking Mr Kejriwal, i have added you. which is mainly because of IIT Bombay label on your profile Kejriwal kicked his job for politics while i may even kick this country but wont join politics, even if you also in politics..... it has been my wish to join IIT Bombay for PHD program, in Industrial or Mechanical engineering, while being employed itself before leaving India by this month, i would check every option to be here. as once i move overseas, better consider me dead i will obviously follow those governments/Intelligent agencies, who commit to defend me. i will simply do all to help myself...... my 2 demands are, Z+ security with at least an Engineering Manager position with a Technological firm in Noida (UP), preferably with TATA Motors/Reliance Industries Z+ security may only defend me from those common public of UK/Commonwealth nations who are angry for anything i said during last 5-6 years even if CIA/MI6 can always do anything with me, but being defended from the common public chasing me is itself enough for me. (who are mobilized against me in different parts of world by the governments of US/UK/Australia, under a conspiracy.) and if Indian government cant even guarantee my security, there is no reason to be in this country? go to those who may help me? and with z+ security, if i join IIT Bombay for a PHD program, then i may consider to work in Mumbai/Goa too. only ways to keep me in India ==> (UK/Australia/Canada have become sanctuaries of retired politicians of Pakistan/Bangladesh, who keep retired officials of ISI too these Commonwealth politicians and their systems, generally make all friends enemy and enemies as friends, to use them as an arm and they? its so simple to see UK/Canada/Australia etc always among the friends of India....... hence, Indian government would understand that once they lose me, they have lost me. just consider me dead since then onward) thanks
