My Sunday devotional reading was Matthew 11:28-30. In the devotional based on the reading the writer talked about how sharing our brokenness can strengthen our faith. Additionally, the prayer asked to help to view our difficult situations as openings through which the Lords glory can shine. I am a somewhat private person by nature, but Ive found that sharing with all you in this journey does indeed strengthen my familys faith AND is an opportunity for the Lords glory to shine. All of you out there help strengthen our faith with your messages of support, prayers, and everything else youve done for us. Tomorrow (Tuesday) is a bit of a benchmark day. I am scheduled for a MRI of my brain. The purpose is to measure the progress of the radiation treatments I had in late August through mid-September. The MRI will be followed by treatment #5.
