My TRX classes use primarily TRX equipment: The Suspension Trainer (we other stuff too, like Kettlebells & Medicine Balls). You will use your own bodyweight for resistance a lot of the time and you will work at your own level. Since my classes and the TRX products are completely scalable, ANY person, at ANY level, with ANY goal can participate. From the couch potato to the competitive athlete, youll get worked! We focus on strength, balance and coordination, high intensity interval training, partner/group games, flexibility, and having FUN.
