My beloved countrymen... as an Army Officer, i longed to belong to an army that is owned and loved by the very people they protect and served. But what is happening is contrary to that aspirations, because of the way we carried out ourselves. Please remember, that we, in the Army are all the products of your homes. So if you want a better servants that you would truly love and source of your pride... please start creating them now right in your own homes. The Army has embarked on a program we call the Army Transformation Roadmap (ATR) that will hasten change, so that by 2028 we will be loved and become the source of National pride... but do you know what?.... its hard to straighten a crooked tree when it is already old. So i guess, the solution is right in our own homes, so that the next generation of servants will be admired like the one in the video below.
