My current rant continues and will probably ruffle some feathers once again but... Im tired of newbies/rookies calling for caches, especially caches rated at a difficulty way above their ability level, to be archived because they cant find them. The latest is a #geocacher calling for my SBCCC to be archived. Currently rated at 4.5/5, a cacher with 47 finds wants it archived because Its not here anymore according to the workers... A small container hanging from a string in a tree is not a 5/5, and rating it as such doesnt make it so. Finding two 5/5 geocaches hung from a tree doesnt exactly qualify someone to find truly difficult geocaches. A properly rated 5/5 #geocache is difficult to find, period. I think #geocaching needs to find a way to restrict inexperienced geocachers from unnecessarily posting needs archived logs on caches they simply cant find. coord.info/GC21M1F
