My daughter is getting married next year and insists on a vintage themed wedding, everything has to be antique, thus making decorating a little tricky so today while we were driving home from shopping, she yells stop mom, I wanna go in that antique resale boutique , so we go in and she finds old Amber glass candle holders. Well then she finds this old silver serving tray, thats going on the candy bar at her reception. Well they charged her 50 cents for the tray. When we got home she noticed a stamp on the back of the tray, so she Googled it and found out the tray was made in 1948 and is sterling silver, it has a value of $400. She was so excited I thought she was gonna faint. Needless to say my little girl is on cloud nine with her little antique find. 😊
