My final post for the night is about raspberries. From the beginning of my canning journey they were to me that expensive fruit that really was too out of reach to spend that much money to make a simple homemade jam... until I tried it! Then it didnt really matter that much when it was scrumptious and so satisfying that i made it myself. Another one of those raspberries recipes that I just had to try was the Raspberry-Onion Jalapeno Chutney. OMG.. So amazingly good. Its my go to with chicken and pork. Amazing with cream cheese as an appetizer spread and I had it recently on a turkey burger without adding catsup and that sweet/savory/heat with the turkey.. Kinda like adding cranberry sauce to turkey but better!! Enjoy!
