My head is killing me!! This is the 6th day i have had this non stop migraine that is litterally making me feel sick! While driving earlier i had to pull over because i felt dizzy.. What could be causing this? Medicine doesnt work. Ive tried extra strength tylenol, ibuprofin (spelled it like it sounds), even some meds prescribed to me for migranes.. Idk!! All i know is this is terrible and i want it gone!!
