My heartfelt felicitation to the Graduating class of 2013. Today is a special occasion for all of us. It marks the culmination of an important education achievement by our students. This is the time celebrate and reflect not only the part but also on what comes tomorrow. You have been trained to be leaders and leader you must be. Successful leaders are driven by a vision. As you part from here today, let your vision distinguish what leader you become and let your skills, knowledge and experience forever bring glory to your God and our University. I thank very sincerely, the University Council, Management Board, Academic Staff and Non-Academic Staff fo the good job they have to make it possible for all of us to be here to share in this celebration. As u leave Pwani University today, please do come back some other time. This will always be your Master. We will always cherish having u here. A u embark o the next lap of your lifes journey.
