My neck is so tight today...I am not really complaining...I am still doing what I need to do but it is just all tensed up! Bob goes to for a doctor appt at 7:30 but then they left a message for him to be there at 8:30. He tried calling them Friday to see when he needed to be there (because they had said orginally to get there an hour before his appt. Bill has training tomorrow at 9:30 and I am going to be running back and forth to the doctor and the gym. Not sure how to handle this! I hate Bill missing his training! But I am so stressed over the doctor appt too boot! Thinking I need to cancel his training so I can try to relax a bit here! I am not sure If I can even leave to pick him up! Why am I stressing like this?? I think I need to just reschedule Bill! No meds and I am already feeling the stress!! Damn insurance companies!!
