My workout today: Focus Glutes and Hams 5x15 squats on smith machine. drop below parallel focus on squeezing glutes and hams. 4x12-15 lying leg curl, feet together. 5x 15, 12, 10, 8, 20 stiff legged dead lifts 4x10 seated leg curl, squeeze those hammies :) 5x 15, 12, 10, 8, 20 single leg curl 4x 15 with stability ball btwn legs, lay with stomach down on flat bench, lift ball about three inches off ground and pulse up towards the ceiling, focus on squeezing glutes entire time ss good mornings (also used as a lower back workout, i focused on squeezing my glutes, of course :)) 4x 15 single leg press ss skaters (15 each leg) keep one foot off ground entire time. 4x15 glute machine, no rest between sets 7x hip abductors, 45s rest btwn each set. ss= superset :) Phewy! I feel awesome! I better be sore tomorrow!!!! Believe in yourself!!!! Absolutely anything is possible!!!
