NASA Television will provide live coverage of the docking of ISS Progress 54 to the Pirs Docking Compartment on the International Space Station beginning at 4:45 p.m. EST. Docking is planned for 5:25 p.m. The cargo craft launched at 11:23 a.m. EST (10:23 p.m. local time in Baikonur) from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan carrying 2.8 tons of food, fuel and supplies, including 1,764 pounds of propellant, 110 pounds of oxygen, 926 pounds of water and 2,897 pounds of spare parts, experiment hardware and other supplies for the Expedition 38 crew.
