Collins DATE: 9/20/2014 TIME: 1342 LOCATION: 15 SOUTH MAIN STREET PERSONS INVOLVED: Arrested - Tara Tipinski N Penn Ave W-B INCIDENT DETAILS: Loss Prevention Officer from Boscovs stated he observed a female take several Boscovs clothing items into a dressing room including a orange shirt and tan with brown polka dotted pants. After the female exited the dressing room he checked the dressing room and found that there was no clothing left behind. The female passed several operating cash registers on her way while exiting Boscovs. Loss Prevention followed the female and observed her enter Martz bus terminal restroom. The female exited the restroom wearing Boscovs orange shirt along with the tan with brown polka dotted pants. Loss Prevention Officers attempted to detain the female, but she walked away from them. Loss prevention followed her until police arrival. The female was identified as TIPINSKI, Tara. TIPINSKI was arrested and transported to Wilkes-Barre Police Headquarters where she was processed and held until arraignment. LTSO488
