NEVER GIVE UP!! I hope to be an encouragement to anyone who has been or is struggling with depression, low self-esteem, and/or being overweight. Many of you have heard my story, but I was at my lowest of lows at the beginning of this year. So much that it was affecting my job and my home life. My weight was at an all time high and had no energy. Several people came to me with concern and intervened, so to speak. On March 5, 2014 I began my journey to better health. I immediately gave up pop and all sugary drinks and a week later, I started AdvoCare! I havent looked back since. I took on the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge and lost a total of 18 pounds and 15 inches. I have continued to use AdvoCare products and I am getting ready to do another cleanse in a few weeks. As of today (6/9/14), I have lost an even 40 pounds and 23 total inches. I now have enough energy to play with my kids, clean my house, and live life the way that God intended me to live. I still have a ways to go, but as Dori from Finding Nemo says, just keep swimming!
