NFL = Nothing Fu#king Laudable with this lame and self-serving response to a letter from 50 U.S. Senators, not to mention an additional request from the President of the United States for the league to change the pejorative, repugnant and patently racist name of the Washington Redskins. Unlike the NBA, the NFL believes they are above being racist. They are wrong. Every major Native American group has communicated with the US Senate and has gone on record as being deeply offended by the name Redskins - and with good reason, too. From 1500 to 1900AD the White Euro-American exterminated 95% of the Native American race, reducing the population from 12 million to 250,000 across our nation - all the while referencing this proud race of people as dirty redskins. As of this moment I will be boycotting everything this is the NFL, along with their sponsors - this includes my one time oh so coveted NFL RedZone. Sorry, I just cant get into bed with an organization that continues to practice such overt racism. I hope you will join me in this boycott of the NFL and their sponsors.
