NOT A BREAKING NEWS. What am about to tell u now is still going on but started around 7am. A captain in Nigerian Army serving in Lagos command was killed dis morning by a BRT bus. Soldiers has blocked Ikorodu Road at Palmgrove bus top burnt about 3 brt buses n towed many away to their barracks. I was an eye witness on my way to my office, but couldnt get d whole pictures of d incident as no one couldnt dare to bring out ones phone,dats a suicide. The pictures u will see r d only ones I could snapp from far n d BRT buses in flame. The incident started when it was said dat d captain has resumed office already n was called dat d wife has put to bed, he borrowed a power byke belonging to his colleague n left with his orderly, exactly at Church bustop opposite SHYLLON street, he was knocked down from behind at d express where as d BRT was suppose to be in its lane. However, he didnt die on d sport but his orderly made frantic effort to stop coming vehicles to take him to hospital but dey couldnt stop. He died of d injury sustained in his head as he hit his head on d pavement. May d soul of our gallant captain rest in peace, Amen. Consequently, d bitterness of d soldiers includes; if LASTMA is arresting other vehicles plying BRT lane, who den is regulating BRT buses plying roads other dan theirs, lack of respect to Nigerian Army by Fashola n his administration, hence dey worked for him during his election but he has turned round to continuously insulting, arresting n abusing their senior military personnel. They maybe waiting when he lives office to pay him back in their own coin through their own means.
