Si estas en tramite de petición familiar y estas por recibir la i-130 o ya lo tienes y eres residente permanente (con mica) podrás pedir a tu pareja sin ser ciudadano americano!! ... Si no haz comenzado que esperas?! Recuerden que esto no durara por mucho tiempo y quien tiene la ultima palabra es el Departamento De Estado De Inmigración cuando estas VISAS se agoten! If you are in process with a family petition and about to receive the 1-130 or already have it and youre a permanent residence (alien card) you can petition your spouse ..without being a US Citizen to do so!! If you havent started what are you waiting for. Keep in mind that Department of State Immigration has the last word when these VISAS are gone!
