NSA surveillance has claimed to foil some 50 terrorist plots worldwide. How many lives does that equal? Is it worth giving up our liberties to save those lives? What about the lives of those who have already paid in full for these liberties. In total, over 1.3 million American soldiers have given the ultimate sacrifice for freedom. Another 1.5 million American soldiers injured defending freedom. The Liberties we have were EARNED and PAID for by our fellow countrymen. We cannot justify giving these liberties up at ANY cost. It is an idea we protect, a way of life. It is a way of life that makes us the land of opportunity. A way of life that, over the centuries, millions upon millions have died to attain. If we give up that idea of freedom for security, than we are slaves. We have been born into this way of life, and it appears we have been taking it for granted. If we do not abandon the present two party system, that seems to work in tandem, one party taking your money, the other your liberties, than we are in danger of losing our freedoms. Put aside the petty debates of who has more money, who pays more taxes, or who should be allowed to marry and look at the bigger picture. We need to Join together to fight oppressive government, our oppressive government. Change the status quo, support a different party. Support the party that wants to rid you of oppressive institutions like the IRS, the Federal Reserve (which, by the way, is not a government entity. The name is deceiving.) and the Department of Education. Take back your responsibility to make choices and show them that we can run our lives better than they can. Look into the LIBERTARIAN PARTY……..End corruption, invest in guillotines!!
