Yes, he got aggressive and angry, but I would feel the same way too if I were arrested just for FALLING ASLEEP (and apparently taking up more than one seat....) Apparently you can get ticketed in NY subways for taking up more than one seat, even if commuting late at night - but in what world does dozing off on the bus/subway qualify as hazardous to such person or to others or may interfere with the operation of the Authoritys transit system or the comfort of its passengers. #BS
