I have had a look at your website and have an awareness of the organisation having Policed Maidstone myself for the past 15 years and feel that with the right level of guidance and control the event could be very beneficial for all involved particularly the charities you are supporting. However, we have had a number of noise complaints and also complaints from customers of Lidl who have raised concerns about access. I would like to arrange a meeting with you and discuss the event and what we can do to professionalise it further in order to avoid any further complaints which could put its longevity into question.
