Nandan Nilekani is a Caged Tiger. He is caged by his party. I wish - TopicsExpress

Nandan Nilekani is a Caged Tiger. He is caged by his party. I wish he had stood as an independent candidate. He would have won with a thumping margin as an independent candidate. The party is pulling down his chances of victory because his party carries taint. Nandan cannot talk as a free man now. He has to tote the party line only. He has the potential of an atom bomb to develop the Nation. But he cannot unleash his power because he is caged by the party. What did he do to prevent the scams that rocked the Nation in the last few years. He could not do any thing because he was a caged tiger. He could not think or speak independently. Even today in his elections campaigns he cannot speak as an individual Nandan. Can he tell us what he is going to do about the rampant corruption in public life. Can any body set up a industry & get the infrastructure without paying a bribe . Can any one run a business without paying a bribe. Nandans colleague V Bala states that nearly 25-30% of the margins are eroded due to payment of bribes. The costs are thus escalated & are passed on to the public. What is Nandans strategy to eradicate corruption in India. In India even if one wants to work or to do business honestly, the babus & the netas do not allow you to be honest. You are forced to be dishonest to protect your operating & survival margins. The burden of corruption is passed on to the Aam Aadmi. Nandan should spell out his strategy to eradicate corruption from India. Or has he no strategy to eradicate corruption. Or does he want corruption to stay as his party has institutionalised it. In the USA & other foreign countries, one can work honestly, earn piles of money & also make a good name, because there is no corruption. It takes only about 15 minutes to set up a Company in the USA, the 15 minutes is the time taken to key in the details on your laptop. In India, it takes ages , and lots of bribes to get land, infrastructure etc. Corruption is the root cause of all ills in India. 90% of India’ problems will be solved if corruption is eradicated. Poverty, hunger, illiteracy etc will be eradicated with the eradication of corruption as the budget money meant to eradicate these will be utilized properly & fully without any embezzlement. The Aam Aadmi will be able to get roti, kapada, makaan, paani, bijli, sadak, arogya, shikshan, udyog, parisar, nyaya & suraksha at affordable costs. What is Nandans call on developing Bangalore City. He was as stated by him associated as the Chairman of BATF. What did achieve for Bangalore? We have underpasses , skywalks, subways etc.in places where they are not required & hence are not used in the intensity thought of. There is garbage everywhere. The roads are potholed. Works which are not required by the citizens are done by the babus & netas because they think they know everything that is necessary to be done. Citizens perceptions are different. Is Nandan going to gun for decentralised participatory governance in consultations with the Resident Welfare Associations to decide how Bangalore is to be developed . No I do not think so, because decentralised participatory governance in consultation with the RWA is an Aam Aadmi Party ideology & Nandans party shuns tha AAP. So we will get the same old governance that we had for the last 65 years. Nandan cannot change it unless he quits the party & stands as an independent. He can unleash the power of an atom bomb that he is for developing india. Today he is a Caged Tiger. There is no hope in voting for Nandan as a party man. Founding a global software giant is not the be all & end all of good governance & Nation building. Nandan founded it as an Nandan the Independent. There is still hunger poverty , illiteracy etc outside the four walls of software. One has to remove the pink glasses of software to see the real India. I wish Nandan stands as an independent. It will be a glory & honour to be felled by Nandan the Independent. As a party candidate he stands diminished. Vote for the Aam Aadmi Party. Aam Aadmi Party is the only hope now available for India.
