Nasty.......Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet 6734 Lee Hwy, Chattanooga, TN 37421 just received a 50 score from Hamilton County Health Department thats disgusting !!! ****Inspectors found chemicals leaking onto the food, raw sewage backed up in the womens restroom, cooks not washing their hands, the chicken was out of proper temperature range, there were improperly stored food items and finally the floors, walls and ice machine were filthy and need cleaning.***
