Natalie asks "Good morning...I need 2 vent a frustration I am having. Visited my primary physician yesterday. had to see her about an assessment for a power chair. Thought it would be a simple process but she tells me that I would have 2 do physical and occupational therapy again(did this way back in 2001)...WHY? I have had MS for 12 years and I use a scooter to get around on the outside of my home. Why do I need to be reassessed? I mean I rolled into the office on my scooter...DUUUUUHHHH!! My Dr. told me she could easily get me a cane, a walker, a wheelchair, etc...but a scooter? Not so easy. But why? I mean seriously, this is just crazy to me. Has anyone else experienced this?"
