National Parts Manager - Job Opportunity REQUIREMENTS: • This person must have 10 + years experience in parts and distribution, detail oriented, a problem solver with superior customer handling skills. • Must be capable of working in an extremely busy environment and be able to implement new systems to better distribute parts to our customers and authorised representatives • The candidate should have a university degree and at least five years of relevant managerial experience in the parts department of a motor distributor. • Must be a highly motivated and energetic individual with a serious work ethic. • Excellent computer skills are essential (Autoline, Windows, Lotus Notes, Manufacturers’ ordering systems etc). • Must possess excellent organizational skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: • To organise and direct the activities of the parts department of 20 employees to achieve plans and budgets, ensuring the optimum use of all material, financial and personnel resources • To provide the best possible service to our customers • To ensure adherence to the manufacturers quality programmes • To develop the Authorised Representatives network and raise the standards of the individual ARs • To manage the parts stock holding • To ensure the physical security of the stock • To actively promote the selling of accessories • To grow the sale of retail parts IN RETURN THE COMPANY OFFERS: * Competitive salary * Performance-based bonus * Use of a company vehicle * Medical & Dental Cover * Annual leave To apply, send your CV through [email protected].
