Need help from anyone whos dealt with a nazi like HOA. The Stroh Ranch HOA is now assessing 100.00 A DAY fines for aesthetic violations, specifically that the driveway isnt level although its been mud jacked to be as level as possible- (complying to their mandatory notification) the slant of the driveway and the land settling has caused a slight imperfection. The house Im speaking of is not the only one in which the ground settling has impacted. However it seems to be that this house is being targeted for constant and outlandish harassment. This includes the driveway issue as well as head scratching, what are you, talking about, violations. (A weed, grass has a faded spot, porch deck isnt the right shade, etc.) If anyone has any experience with this or advice please let me know. ASAP!
