Net loss of Quebec migration ... even before PQ Wait 5 years for numbers that are even worse. Quebec is inhospitable and unwelcoming. By the way forget the "NET" numbers ... focus on the leaving aspect ... yes more are leaving than coming but the ones leaving are leaving likely because they can be more productive elsewhere and the individuals arriving in Quebec to try and replace the ones leaving are coming to Quebec because they are probably worse off outside of Quebec .... Essentially there is a difference in the value of assets and productivity of the individuals leaving and they are not merely replaced by new individuals that come to Quebec. One group are settled here with home ownership or rental a job kids in school or finished university and decide to start their careers elsewhere, or immigrants that came to Quebec realize rather quickly that opportunities are much better elsewhere in Canada and N. America .... so much so that they decide to again disrupt their lives and resettle somewhere else.
