Network slow? Welcome to Apple IOS upgrade time. Most service providers saw Akami and Limelight traffic up by an average of 300-700% immediately after iOS7 was released. As SA is always a little behind the rest of the world this huge increase continues to mess with the SA bandwidth and in turn Internet experience.
