Europe in this context plays the repentance after the incident; the wrong information about the presence of Mr. Snowden on a presidential little plane was false. What A service they got, it indicates is not very good, deficient disorganize and technologically inferior, the fugitive Mr: Snowden was not on the little plane, Russia is not Africa and he does not travel under landing gear. Never the less there was an apology towards president Morales, a bit incomprehensive however, as the reason remains extremely complicated to explain even less to justified. The president play the role of the symbol, in this context he symbolizes the Americas, North and South. Simply it is the sign that Obama could have read as a sign is the indication that it is the proper time to act, that precise moment, that is what a sign is, it symbolizes instant time, the moment. The components of the event are mostly planes and directions two men, Europe and the Americas and the eventual union of all man and nations in mutual cooperation, the garden of eden. However the other side of reality can be quite the opposite, Washington could have force Europe to get this Mr Snowden, no matter what the reason is, they cannot pressure Russia to much, and even less the Chinese, however they can pressure Europe and now intimidate the Bolivian president. Therefore no one can create his own laws as reality can only be perceived by those that let reality show herself/himself.
