Conducting rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring for a range of landlord and tenant clients, the successful candidate will possess at least a years post qualification experience. Working alongside the department director, the post holder will be responsible for understanding the clients specific business requirements and advising on suitable improvements to their property portfolio performance. On larger cases, you will assist other senior team members preparing expert witness reports for dispute resolution referrals and business development projects. You will be closely involved in negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals for landlord and tenant clients, meeting regularly to discuss progress and provide updates. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in written form, and possess good business acumen with an awareness for business development opportunities.
