**New Opportunity** Leading Utilities Supplier Training for this position starts on the 16th February until 20th March. Mon-Fri either between 10am and 2pm or 6:30pm and 10:30pm. The role will involve: - Communicating with customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner in compliance with the Companys Customer Service ethos - The use of effective listening skills to check for understanding and determine the customers needs - Answering inbound calls, assisting in bill queries, taking payments, setting up payment plans and taking meter readings - You will need to work a minimum of 16 hours per week for this role (2 hours of which must be on a Monday and at least 1 hour on a Saturday) - Hours available for this role once training has been completed will be between 8am - 11am & 5:30pm - 8pm Mon -Fri and 9am - 4pm on Saturdays You will be able to earn up to £7.85 depending on your performance Please note: This role is on a self-employed basis therefore you would need to arrange payment of your Tax and National Insurance to HMRC - but we can help you with this so please dont let this put you off. And we will be here to help and support you along the way during the admissions process, through training and going forward once you have certified and started taking calls.
